RETURN POLICY

If you purchased golf balls that were not personalized or customized and would like to talk to our Customer Service team about a return, please contact us at (800) 324-3350 Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear (i.e. hats, accessories) purchases(s) from Union Green, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered Golf Gear merchandise (see above for Golf Balls) with all the labels and tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Only items purchased on UnionGreen.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for return.

Instructions

  1. Complete the form included with your order, indicating the items being returned and the reason code for each returned item. This packing slip with completed form should then be included inside your return packaging.
  2. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of your box. Please do not use the product packaging that some items come in as the shipping box.
  3. Please note the tracking number from the pre-paid return label so you have it for reference to track your return. You may track your return at www.fedex.com using the tracking number from the pre-paid return label.
  4. Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been completed.

Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free returns shipping. If you do not use the FedEx shipping label provided, then mail the package to the address shown on the packing list. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please note that Union Green is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.
